Daintree Serving Up An Ace Paloma

There's nothing quite like watching the U.S. Open unfold with a cocktail in hand and the city skyline behind you. This summer, Daintree is partnering with Dobel Tequila, the official tequila of the U.S. Open, to bring that experience to life across both our Lower East Side and Midtown rooftops.

Introducing the Ace Paloma

At the center of the partnership is the Ace Paloma, Daintree's take on Dobel's signature U.S. Open cocktail. Built on Dobel's smooth, agave forward tequila and finished with a citrus lift, it's the kind of drink that feels right at home on a rooftop in late summer, whether you're watching a match or just soaking up the view.

The Ace Paloma will be on the menu at both Daintree locations from August 23 through September 13, running the full length of the tournament.

Kickoff Party at Daintree LES

We're kicking things off in style on Tuesday, August 25th at Daintree Lower East Side. Expect a live DJ, Ace Palomas on rotation, and the rooftop transformed into what we're calling the Dobel Deck for the night. The party is open to the public, so come toast to the start of the tournament with us.

Closing Party at Daintree Midtown

The celebration wraps up on September 13th at Daintree Midtown, from 4 to 7pm, timed to the tournament's final day. Same energy, same Ace Paloma, different skyline.
