Our Story

Daintree was built around the kind of hospitality we grew up with in Australia - authentic, generous and focused on quality without the fuss. Perched 29 stories above Fifth Avenue and Bryant Park, our midtown space spans two levels, with sweeping views of the Manhattan skyline from every angle. In the colder months, floor to ceiling windows keep you close to the city without stepping outside. In summer, the outdoor terrace opens up to the night sky. 

Our newest Lower East Side location is now open in a soft launch phase, offering a first look at Daintree LES ahead of its full debut this spring. The doors are open and cocktails are flowing while we take the time to refine the space, menu, and overall experience before officially introducing the complete concept with a grand opening in the months ahead.

Our menu changes with the season, always focusing on fresh ingredients, clean flavors and a cocktail list that leans bright and simple with a few nods to home.
