Our Story

Daintree was built around the kind of hospitality we grew up with in Australia - authentic, generous and focused on quality without the fuss. Perched 29 stories above Fifth Avenue and Bryant Park, the space spans two levels, with sweeping views of the Manhattan skyline from every angle. In the colder months, floor to ceiling windows keep you close to the city without stepping outside. In summer, the outdoor terrace opens up to the night sky. 

Our menu changes with the season, always focusing on fresh ingredients, clean flavors and a cocktail list that leans bright and simple with a few nods to home.
